Jonathan Usher, once a powerful businessman, now spends his life in isolation on the brink of insanity. Forced by her husband to abandon the New York social scene, his wife Lydia finds herself growing tired of the confines of Jonathan's childhood home.

While Jonathan suspects his wife is attempting to further drive him over the edge in an effort to steal his fortune, he enlists the help of Devin Bayliss to stay and observe the situation, in an effort to confirm or deny his suspicions. However, Jonathan soon believes Lydia isn't the only untrustworthy one in the house. Falling deeper into a game of cat and mouse, Jonathan is forced to question not only the loyalty of those around him, but his own sanity as well.
